How can we try to develop humility?

Humility is being honest with one's intentions, limitations, weaknesses, and nature, and acknowledging the higher power.. basically not putting up a show...a result of a true soul search.

Sometimes we see highly accomplished people like great singers and actors etc..when we ask what's the secret of success they genuinely confess that it's a power beyond their own that's enabling them to do what they're doing...and such people have no airs about them..

We do see such people.

So humility is that genuinity..in fact, it's a very attractive quality.

Simplicity is the opposite of duplicity..it's straightforward nature.. lacks hypocrisy. To be truthful...we do appreciate this quality esp when we interact with children...

They don't put on filters

Like when Prahlad Maharaj was asked by Hiranyakasipu what's the best thing u learned at school..he cud have just said something abt the mundane subjects he learned..

But he told with no fear that Lord Vishnu's worship is the highest..
